Dfree - Sample License

This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of the Agreement between [Church/Organization] ("Licensee") and Dfree™ Ministries ("Licensor") for use of Dfree™ ("the Information").

This Agreement shall be effective on ________________ ("the Effective Date").
Licensor shall make the Information available to Licensee and its Dfree™ approved users on or before the Effective Date.
Licensee and its approved users may view, copy, print, store and/or make any use of the Information consistent with the Fair Use Provisions of the United States Copyright Act.
Licensee and its approved users may not use the Information for any commercial purpose without the prior permission of the Licensor.
Any use of the Information in whole or in part should include appropriate citation to the Licensor.
Licensor shall not be liable for and special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits arising out of or in connection with the use of the Information.
The Information is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
